Overview
When building a category with AutoLearn, similar phrase groups can be used to teach Tethr to look for variations of a keyword or phrase.
For example, you may capture the phrase "app not working", but you know that your customers also use terms like software and application in place of app. Create a similar phrase group for these words so that the category will recognize the words app and software and application interchangeably, without having to capture those examples from an interaction transcript.
Similar phrase groups make it easy to:
-
Broaden the results of a category to include common variations of keywords and phrases
-
Save time when creating a category by eliminating the need to find and capture examples of language variation
