We’ve made it easier to see the most important insights in Tethr. Conditional formatting allows you to visually emphasize the data that matters most to you.

  • Easily apply conditional formatting (or heatmaps) to entire tables or individual columns on scorecards.
  • Add conditional formatting to single value graphs to change the text color based on your criteria (for example, if an agent is meeting their goals, turn the text green, but if they need some improvement, turn the text red).
  • Apply conditional formatting to list graphs to emphasize top or bottom performing agents, categories and more.
  • For more examples, see the Conditional Formatting dashboard within the Tethr Essentials / Feature Resources folder.
