What is AI Summary & Chapters?

Creovai utilizes Generative AI to automatically summarize each call or chat conversation in a short and concise format (summary) and to show the key parts of each conversation, summarizes those parts, and allows our customers to easily understand the flow of each interaction (chapters). 

  • Summaries allow you to quickly assess insights such as reason for call, customer or agent issues, and steps taken throughout the conversation
  • Chapters allow you to visualize key parts of customers conversations (i.e. which key part is the most time consuming)

Where you will see it

Summary and chapters are only available to be seen on individual interactions in the interaction archive and at the top of the transcript; chapters are visually separated on the transcript

In addition, summary and chapter insights can be exported through Interaction Detail Reporting and integrated with SalesForce.
