Add Creovai Generative AI data to your Salesforce records.
 
Warning: You must be a Creovai and SalesForce admin to complete the following steps.
Admins: If you haven't connected SalesForce to Creovai, please review the following articles first. 
Connecting Salesforce with Tethr
Set up Salesforce interaction triggers in Tethr
  1. In Salesforce, create field names for each GenAI insight you would like to integrate 
  2. Navigate to Integrations in Creovai and open the Salesforce integration you would like to modify
  3. Add Generative AI insights to send over to Salesforce
  4. Type in Salesforce field name
  5. Save your modifications
