Build a single-value graph

New feature: content organization, collaboration and filtering

This article describes a new feature that may not be available to all users. If you don't see this feature and want to learn more, please contact your Tethr admin.
Section only

Plot a singular value on your graph or report to show high-impact, single-value data on your dashboard.

Using single value graphs raises graph average visibility to the dashboard level. With this feature, you can show averages of any kind including Tethr Effort Index (TEI) score, talk time, silence time or showing an agent’s performance against a behavior being coached.

Getting started: Graphing features are available in both Search & browse and My reports.

From Search & browse, either select the Graphing tab next to the Filters tab, or begin a new search and select the option to Show graph next to the Save as a report button.

From My reports either select the Graphing tab or open a saved report in My reports list.

Create a single-value graph:

Agent_performance_dashboard.pngSingle value graphs allow you to create a report highlighting key single-value metrics with a larger, more distinctly visible display so they’ll stand out from other graph types when scanning multiple report tiles on a Tethr dashboard.

  1. Starting from Search & browse, open the Graphing panel, select the Graph type menu and choose the Value option.

  2. Edit your graphing criteria according to your needs and the single value you want to highlight.

  3. To create a single value graph from an existing Report, open that report's Graphing panel, select the Graph type menu and choose the Value option.

  4. Edit your graphing criteria according to your needs and the single value you want to highlight.

  5. Then in the More actions ( ••• ) menu in the report's header, choose Save as to save your report and edit its title if needed. The new instance of the report you just saved will display.

  6. Be sure to add your newly created single value graph to your dashboard by selecting Add to dashboard link in the top right header of your newly saved report.

  7. On your dashboard, you can adjust the positioning of each report tile into the order you prefer by grabbing a report tile with your cursor then dragging and dropping it into your preferred place.

Note: Manual drag and drop ordering of report tiles on your dashboard will be saved when you save your dashboard and open it later.
