Plot a singular value on your graph or report to show high-impact, single-value data on your dashboard. Then, customize your single value graph with averages, goals and prior period comparison before you add it to your dashboard.
Single value graphs raise graph average, goal and prior period comparison visibility to the dashboard level. With this feature, you can show averages of any kind including Tethr Effort Index (TEI) score, talk time, silence time or highlight an agent’s performance against a behavior being coached. You can also focus and align decision-makers by showing comparisons to goals or previous period change on the single value graph.
From Search & browse, either select the Graphing tab next to the Filters tab, or begin a new search and select the option to Show graph next to the Save as a report button.
From My reports either select the Graphing tab or open a saved report in My reports list.
Create a single-value graph:
Single value graphs allow you to create a report highlighting key single-value metrics with a larger, more distinctly visible display so they’ll stand out from other graph types when scanning multiple report tiles on a Tethr dashboard.
- Within the Graphing tab, select the Graph type menu and choose the Value option.
- Edit your graphing criteria according to your needs and the single value you want to highlight. To save your graph as a report, select the Save as report button to the left of the Filter and Graphing menus and edit its title if needed. The new instance of the report you just saved will display.
