Overview:
Edit an existing user group in Tethr.
Required: You must be a Tethr admin to perform this task.
Edit a user group:
Starting from the User groups page, select the name of the user group you’d like to edit from the list of user groups to open it.
Tip: You can also edit a user group by selecting the More actions ( ••• ) menu from the list of user groups and choosing the Edit user group option.
Rename a user group:

To rename a user group, open the page of the User group you want to rename and select the More actions ( ••• ) menu. Then select the Rename option.

In the pop-up you can edit the name, then select Update.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then select Authorize.
- If you select Cancel, your edited name will be lost.
Add or remove call groups:
- To add a call group, click in the add call group bar and search for those you want to give users access to.
- As you select call groups to add to your user group, you’ll see a success message display indicating a each action that’s been completed.
- Once you’ve chosen all call groups you’d like to include, you can either Close the user group or navigate away from the page. Your changes will be automatically saved.

To remove a call group simply select the Remove link next to the call group you want to remove.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then select Authorize.
- As you remove call groups, you’ll see a success message display indicating a each action that’s been completed.
Add or remove users:
- To add a user to the user group search for them by name. Placing your cursor in the user search field will display a drop-down list of users.
- As you select users to add to your user group, you’ll see a success message display indicating each action that’s been completed.
- Once you’ve chosen all users you’d like to include, you can either Close the user group or navigate away from the page. Your changes will be automatically saved.
- To remove a user simply select the Remove link next to their name.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then select Authorize.
- As you remove users, you’ll see a success message display indicating each action that’s been completed.
