Getting started: If you’re not already viewing your report list, first click on the Reports tab at the top of the application.
Update a saved report with composite call interactions:
- Click on one of your report names to open that report.
- Click on the Filters button in the top right-hand corner.
- Open the Composite interactions filter and select the Show results as composite calls option.
Tip: Once the Show results as composite calls option is selected, your report's graph, interaction count, and interaction results list will be automatically updated. Refer to What are composite interactions? for more details. - Click the Save button.
