Create and fill out a coaching session

New feature: content organization, collaboration and filtering

Create a new coaching session 

Tip: Use the save/as option in the overflow menu when viewing a completed session to make a copy and use it as a starting point for future sessions. This ensures consistency and saves time in preparing recurring sessions.

Create a new session from the Coaching home page. If you've filtered to an agent, creating a new session will automatically assign the selected agent to your new session.

  • Create public or internal notes. Public notes will be visible to other coaches and people that you share this completed session with. 
  • Add shared or custom goals. Public goals are managed by coaching admins and allow coaches to measure agents’ progress against shared goals.
  • Add a coaching evaluation. Coaching evaluations are separate from standard evaluations and are specific to each coaching session.  
  • Attach interactions to the session. To attach an interaction to a coaching session, open the interaction you'd like to add and select Add to session. Add an interaction to an existing session, or create a new one.Screenshot 2024-10-10 at 1.52.36 PM.png
