Updating your preferences

Overview:

Update your user preferences in Tethr.

Update your preferences:

1. If you're not already viewing your user preferences page, do the following:
   
   a) Click the Settings option in your user menu.
   b) Click the Preferences option in the Settings menu on the left.
   
2. Email preferences: Check the boxes for the ways you want to be notified when certain events occur in Tethr.
   
   
3. Call preferences: Set your default viewing preference for the
   transcript
   area in calls. Check the box if you only want to see call events (i.e. categories) within the transcript.
   
   Keeping the box unchecked will show the call transcript, private
   notes
   , and public
   comments
   in the transcript area.
   
   
   Tip: In the call transcript, you will have the option to turn on/off public notes and private comments within the transcript as needed.
   
4. Other preferences: Select your time zone and default call playback speed.
   
   
   Tip: In the call timeline, you will have the option to adjust the playback speed as needed.
