Adding a label to a call

New feature: content organization, collaboration and filtering

This article describes a new feature that may not be available to all users. If you don't see this feature and want to learn more, please contact your Tethr admin.

Overview:

Add a
label
to a call.

Getting started: If you’re not already viewing a call, first click on the call in Search & browse or one of your Reports.

Add a label to a call:

  1. While viewing a call, scroll down the page to the Labels area. Click in the Add a label to this call box.

  2. In the pop-up, select the label you want.

    Tip #1: If the list is too long, you may type part of the label name in the Add a label to this call box to filter the list results.
    Tip #2: Don't see the label you want? Type a new label name in the Add a label to this call box, select if it should be private (only visible by you) or public, then click the Add button.


  3. The label is now added to the call as shown with the gray label box.
