New feature: content organization, collaboration and filtering

This article describes a new feature that may not be available to all users. If you don't see this feature and want to learn more, please contact your Tethr admin.
Section only

Overview:

Add either a
note
or
comment
to a call. Notes are private and can only be seen by you. Comments are public and can be seen by all Tethr users.

Getting started: If you’re not already viewing a call, first click on a call in Search & browse or from one of your Reports.

Add a new private note:

  1. Click the My notes tab. Type your private note.

Tip: If you'd like to flag your note for a specific time in the call, play the call and pause it at the desired location. After the note is created, it will reflect the timestamp you chose (for example, "0:20" or 20 seconds into the call).
