Sync Salesforce on your profile page

Sync your business apps, like Salesforce, with Tethr.

Note: This feature may not be available to all users. Contact your Tethr Admin if you are looking for a feature that is not available to you.

Sync your apps:

  1. If you're not already viewing your user profile page, click on the Settings gear icon in your user menu.
  2. On your Profile page, scroll down to your available app integrations. Click on the Sync with Salesforce button.

    Note: The apps shown below may not be available to you. Contact your Tethr admin if you're looking for an app that's not available.

    Benefits for integrating your apps:

    Salesforce: allows you to see CRM information on calls within Tethr as well as assign calls to customer records and opportunities.

  3. In the pop-up that appears, enter your login credentials for the app (i.e., Salesforce, etc.).

    Note: If you are unable to log into the app, please check your app's troubleshooting options (for example, forgot password).
  4. Once you have synced your app to Tethr, you'll find the integrated data in your Call details.
