Sync your business apps, like Salesforce, with Tethr.
Note: This feature may not be available to all users. Contact your Tethr Admin if you are looking for a feature that is not available to you.
Sync your apps:
- If you're not already viewing your user profile page, click on the Settings gear icon in your user menu.
- On your Profile page, scroll down to your available app integrations. Click on the Sync with Salesforce button.
Note: The apps shown below may not be available to you. Contact your Tethr admin if you're looking for an app that's not available.
Benefits for integrating your apps:
Salesforce: allows you to see CRM information on calls within Tethr as well as assign calls to customer records and opportunities.
- In the pop-up that appears, enter your login credentials for the app (i.e., Salesforce, etc.).
Note: If you are unable to log into the app, please check your app's troubleshooting options (for example, forgot password).
- Once you have synced your app to Tethr, you'll find the integrated data in your Call details.
