Overview:
Change the sort order of the call results.
Getting started: The following features are available in both Search & browse and Reports. Either click on the Search & browse tab to begin a new search, or open a saved report in the Reports tab.
Sort the call results:
- First determine if the list should be organized by Calls or Agents.
a. Calls is the default view and helps you identify the most relevant calls based on your search criteria.
b. Agents helps you identify individual performance based on your search criteria.
- Next select your desired sort order. The call results will then be resorted based on your selection (for example, most recent calls first in the list).
The sort order options will vary depending on if you selected Calls or Agents in step 1.
