Learn how to get notified when new calls are found in a
report
.Getting started: If you’re not already viewing the report to be renamed, first click on that report from My Reports. If the report breadcrumb doesn't read "My Reports" then select the Show original report option in the actions menu.
Create a report notification:
- Click on the More Actions ( ••• ) button. Select the Manage notifications option in the drop-down menu.
Tip: If you’re not the reportowner, look for the Add notification option. If the option is not clickable, then the report owner has not enabled report notifications. You may save a copy of the report and add your own notifications. - If you own the report, you’ll see a way to enable notifications. Click the Enabled option to turn notifications on.
Important note: Enabling notifications will disable keyword searches, fixed date ranges,labels, andnotes/commentsfrom this report. If you need to use those features again, simply disable notifications. - In the Delivery preferences section, select how you want to receive your notifications.
a. Email: For this option, you need to specify the frequency of event notifications and if an email is sent even when events aren’t triggered within the selected timeframe (see example below).
b. SMS: This option sends text messages to your phone. For this option, you need to enter the verification code that is sent to your phone. (Important note: This option may not be available to all users.)
c. Tethr: This option alerts you within the app using the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application. ( )
- Click the Save button to create the notification.
